This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on licenzivo.com, operated by cube IT solutions BV (trading as Licenzivo). All products sold by Licenzivo are genuine digital software licences delivered electronically.

1. Nature of Our Products

Licenzivo sells digital software licences and activation keys for Microsoft and Adobe products. These are intangible digital goods delivered by email. No physical items are shipped.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Belgian consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, where you have given prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and receiving your licence key, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the key has been issued.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because licence keys are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final. However, we will provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The licence key is invalid, already used, or does not activate, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • The product delivered does not match the product described on the order.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The key has been successfully activated and is working correctly.
  • You changed your mind after the key was delivered.
  • The product is incompatible with your system due to requirements clearly stated on the product page.
  • You purchased the wrong product but the key has already been activated.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at contact@licenzivo.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will respond promptly and, where applicable, process approved refunds to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brugge, Belgium.
