Delivery Policy
At Licenzivo, we deliver orders automatically and instantly after purchase. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 12 hours if additional processing is required.
All products from Licenzivo are delivered via email. Your CD key or activation code will be sent directly to your registered email address and will also be available in your account under “Order Details.” There are no shipping charges for digital products.
What to Do If You Can’t Find Your Delivery Email
- Check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered there.
- Ensure that your payment has been completed successfully.
- If we require more information or if there’s an issue with your order, we will contact you via email.
- Confirm that your email address is correct and, if you still haven’t received your order, contact us at contact@licenzivo.com.
How to Order and Receive Your Product

3. Receive Your Activation Key
