All products sold by Licenzivo are genuine digital software licences. No physical items are shipped. There are no shipping costs, and no courier or postal delivery is involved.
2. How You Receive Your Order
After your payment is confirmed, your licence key and activation instructions are delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically completed within a few minutes of successful payment.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard: Instant to a few minutes after payment confirmation.
- Manual review: In rare cases where an order requires verification, delivery may take up to 24 hours. We will keep you informed by email.
4. Not Receiving Your Key
If you have not received your licence key within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it still has not arrived, contact us at contact@licenzivo.com with your order number and we will resend it promptly.
5. Incorrect Email Address
Please ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct. If you provided an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible so we can redirect your delivery.
